Sales Development Manager Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales development manager job in Denver?
The strongest path is targeting Denver's technology and SaaS corridor anchored in LoDo and RiNo, where growth-stage and mid-market software companies hire sales development managers most consistently. Candidates with experience managing outbound pipeline teams, using sales engagement platforms, and coaching SDR metrics stand out. Familiarity with the local startup and scale-up ecosystem, including companies backed by Colorado-based venture funds, gives you a real edge over out-of-state applicants.
Which companies hire sales development managers in Denver?
Companies currently hiring sales development managers in Denver include Sweep, Asseti, and Fastly, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Denver's hiring mix leans toward high-growth SaaS firms, enterprise software companies, and financial technology providers that have established regional headquarters or large sales operations in the city.
Are there remote sales development manager jobs in Denver?
Yes, though availability depends on seniority since manager-level roles often require in-office presence for team coaching and pipeline reviews. About 52% of sales development manager openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with hybrid arrangements being more common than fully remote. Strategic and analytical aspects of the role, such as forecasting and team reporting, tend to be the most location-flexible parts of the position.
How can I get a sales development manager job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is moving up from an SDR or business development representative role at a Denver-area SaaS or technology company, many of which promote internally and prefer candidates who already know their product and market. Companies in the RiNo and LoDo corridors regularly hire entry-level SDRs with a clear promotion track to manager. Building team leadership experience through mentoring newer reps, even informally, strengthens your case when a management opening appears.
Which industries hire the most sales development managers in Denver?
The sectors hiring the most sales development managers in Denver are Technology & Software, Banking & Financial Services, and Airlines, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Denver's role as a regional hub for technology companies and a growing center for financial services and health technology creates sustained demand for sales development managers who can build and scale outbound teams.
