We’re looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a role where your work truly matters.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with new and prospective customers
- Educate clients on coverage options, pricing, and how insurance protects what matters most
- Prospect and generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and referrals
- Maintain strong follow-up to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention
- Take initiative and work independently when needed (you may be the primary person in the office at times)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life — or willing to obtain (we reimburse licensing costs!)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Base pay starting at $3,000/month (DOE) + commissions + bonus opportunities
