Pinnacle Host Services LLC is Central Florida's premier luxury short-term rental property care and staging company. We serve high-end Airbnb, VRBO, and luxury vacation rental properties throughout Orange, Osceola, and Polk counties. We don’t just clean; we reset and stage guest-ready environments from scratch, perfectly every single time.
We are expanding our market presence rapidly and are building a specialized, boots-on-the-ground team of luxury housekeeping experts who handle peer-to-peer consulting. Now, we need a powerhouse Inside Sales Team Lead to spearhead the strategy, coach the squad, and hunt for new business.
Position Overview
Are you an elite sales closer who knows how to build a script, lead a team, and crush a quota?
We are seeking a high-energy, competitive Inside Sales Team Lead / Business Development Manager to act as a "player-coach." In this role, you won't just sit in an office—you will lead from the front. You will be directly responsible for writing our outbound sales scripts, designing our outreach strategies, and managing a team of 4 Luxury Housekeeping Relationship Managers.
Best of all? You get paid on what you close AND a percentage of what your team closes. If you are a master of the phone, a social media lead generation wizard, and a natural coach, your earning potential here is massive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Coach the Squad: Manage, motivate, and hold accountable a team of 4 field-level Housekeeping Relationship Managers. Run weekly sales syncs and keep team energy high.
- Build the Sales Playbook: Write, test, and optimize high-converting phone scripts, social media messaging templates, and objection-handling guides for the team.
- Personal Lead Generation & Closing: Actively hunt for new business by calling high-value property management groups, boutique short-term rental companies, and luxury hosts to close recurring service agreements.
- Train on Social Sourcing: Teach and guide your team on how to successfully mine cold leads out of Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Pipeline Management: Own the CRM. Keep track of all sales activity, ensure the team is following up with their leads, and report weekly data to executive leadership.
Who You Are: The Perfect Fit
- A Proven Closer: You have at least 3–5 years of B2B sales, inside sales, or cold-calling experience with a verifiable track record of hitting targets.
- A Natural Leader: You know how to coach people who aren't traditional salespeople. You can take a housekeeping expert and teach them how to confidently ask for a contract.
- A Scriptwriting & Strategy Pro: You understand the psychology of sales. You know how to craft a message that gets past gatekeepers and hooks high-value property managers.
- CRM Disciplined: You live in the data. You know how to manage pipelines using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales tech.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Inside Sales Management, or Senior BDR/Account Executive roles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English—you must possess a massive "gift of gab" and command authority over the phone.
- Highly proficient in modern sales tech, CRM management, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
What We Offer (Perks & Benefits)
- Competitive Base + Massive Upside: A reliable $40,000 base salary paired with an aggressive commission structure where you earn on your sales and your team's total revenue.
- Uncapped Earning Ceiling: Top performers in this leadership seat can realistically drive their OTE past $115,000+.
- Great Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, plus Paid Time Off (PTO).
- Flexible Hybrid Model: A mix of work-from-home flexibility and in-office strategic leadership.
- Executive Growth Track: As we scale, this role is positioned to evolve into an executive sales or operations leadership position.

Sales Development Manager Jobs in Orlando: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales development manager job in Orlando?
The strongest path is targeting Orlando's technology corridors along Sand Lake Road and Lake Mary, where SaaS, healthtech, and hospitality software companies hire sales development managers consistently. Candidates who have experience managing outbound pipeline for recurring-revenue products stand out locally. Networking through the Orlando Tech community and focusing on companies serving tourism, healthcare, or logistics gives you a real edge in this market.
Which companies hire sales development managers in Orlando?
Companies currently hiring sales development managers in Orlando include AT&T, Distro, and Cyderes, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Orlando's hiring base skews toward mid-size technology firms, regional healthcare systems, and companies in the simulation and defense sectors that rely on structured sales development teams.
Are there remote sales development manager jobs in Orlando?
Yes, though the role is moderately remote-friendly since it involves close coordination with sales teams and sometimes in-person prospecting. About 25% of sales development manager openings tied to Orlando are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with hybrid arrangements being more common than fully remote. Strategy and coaching responsibilities tend to travel well remotely, while team leadership duties usually require some on-site presence.
How can I get a sales development manager job in Orlando with little or no experience?
The most realistic path is starting as a sales development representative at one of Orlando's technology or healthtech companies, then moving into a team lead or senior SDR role before stepping up to manager. Local employers in the Lake Mary and Sand Lake Road corridors regularly promote from within their SDR teams. Building familiarity with CRM platforms commonly used in those industries and taking on informal coaching responsibilities early makes the transition more credible.
Which industries hire the most sales development managers in Orlando?
Orlando sales development manager roles concentrate in Consulting & Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Orlando's deep base of hospitality technology vendors, regional healthcare networks, and defense simulation companies creates sustained demand for sales development leadership beyond what most comparably sized cities generate.
