How do I get a sales enablement manager job in San Francisco?
Focus your search on SoMa and Mission Bay, where enterprise SaaS and cloud companies concentrate most of their sales operations. Candidates who can demonstrate experience building onboarding programs, managing LMS platforms, or partnering directly with revenue leadership stand out in San Francisco's market. Familiarity with complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles is a consistent differentiator for roles at the mid-market and enterprise level here.
Which companies hire sales enablement managers in San Francisco?
San Francisco sales enablement manager roles are posted by Rippling, Uber, and Decagon and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. About 60% of sales enablement manager openings tied to San Francisco are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting broader flexibility in the tech sector. Curriculum design and sales content work tend to be the most fully remote functions within these roles.
How can I get a sales enablement manager job in San Francisco with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in San Francisco is moving laterally from an SDR, sales operations, or marketing programs role at a local SaaS company, where you can take on enablement projects before pursuing a dedicated title. Growth-stage startups in SoMa and the Financial District often hire enablement coordinators or specialists as stepping stones. Building a portfolio of sales playbooks, onboarding decks, or training materials from any prior role gives you a concrete advantage when applying.
