The Sales Representative will play a good role in expanding our market presence, growing your personal knowledge, growing your finances, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

- Customer Tracking and Updates: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up regularly to keep clients informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Door-to-Door Trained Sales: Conduct door-to-door outreach, utilizing trained sales techniques to connect with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner.

- Positive Attitude: An upbeat, resilient approach to challenges and customer interactions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively while thriving in a performance-driven role
Side Note: Unlike traditional sales roles where you pitch to uninterested prospects, this commission-based sales position focuses on guiding customers who are coincidentally already seeking hail damage repair solutions and tired of seeing damages on they're vehicles. Your role is to connect with these motivated individuals and direct them to our trusted repair shop. This makes the sales process more about informing and assisting rather than convincing.

Sales Jobs in Colorado Springs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales job in Colorado Springs?
The strongest hiring in Colorado Springs comes from defense contractors, healthcare systems, financial services firms, and the city's growing technology sector around Briargate and the Air Force Academy corridor. Candidates who understand consultative or B2B selling stand out with defense and tech employers, while healthcare and financial services value relationship-building experience. Networking through the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC events also opens doors that job boards alone don't.
Which companies hire saless in Colorado Springs?
Companies currently hiring saless in Colorado Springs include Target, AutoZone, and Bath & Body Works, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Colorado Springs draws a mix of large defense contractors, regional healthcare employers, insurance and financial services firms, and local technology companies, all of which maintain active sales teams.
Are there remote sales jobs in Colorado Springs?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the type of sales role. About 28% of sales openings tied to Colorado Springs are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with inside sales and SaaS account management roles most likely to offer that flexibility. Field sales and account executive roles serving local defense and healthcare clients typically require an in-person presence.
How can I get a sales job in Colorado Springs with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Colorado Springs is a retail or inside sales associate role with one of the city's large consumer, telecom, or financial services employers along Powers Boulevard or in the Briargate retail corridor. From there, moving into a business development representative role at a local technology or defense-adjacent firm is a common next step. Demonstrating comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to work toward measurable targets gives entry-level candidates a visible edge with local hiring managers.
Which industries hire the most saless in Colorado Springs?
The sectors hiring the most saless in Colorado Springs are Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality & Tourism, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Colorado Springs's combination of a large military and defense presence, a growing healthcare infrastructure, and an expanding technology cluster along the northern corridors drives consistent demand across all three sectors.
