- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing customer service support by addressing inquiries related to benefits administration, claims processes, and policy details.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales within the insurance industry or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products.
- Familiarity with insurance regulation compliance including HIPAA standards for health information privacy.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for client management and analysis purposes.
