- Support account management through timely follow-up, relationship building, and appropriate upselling.
- Track activity, pipeline, and customer details in Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) software; review results and manage territory activity to work toward sales targets.

- Strong communication, customer service, analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, marketing, and territory management; ability to learn sales management practices and systems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful; Salesforce experience and technical sales experience are preferred, not required.
