Salesforce Architect Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a salesforce architect in Georgia?
There is no Georgia state license for salesforce architects, so the path runs through Salesforce's own credentialing program. Most Georgia employers expect candidates to hold at least one Salesforce Architect credential, such as the Application Architect or the Certified Technical Architect designation. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems is the typical educational baseline, and several Georgia universities and technical colleges offer relevant programs in IT and systems integration.
How much do salesforce architects make in Georgia?
Salesforce architects in Georgia earn a median of about $131,010 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $80,110 for the lowest 10% to over $176,000 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire salesforce architects in Georgia?
Employers hiring salesforce architects in Georgia right now include Riveron, T-Mobile, and LibSys, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's concentration of financial technology firms, large health systems, and national retailers creates steady demand for architects who can build and integrate Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
Which Georgia cities have the most salesforce architect jobs?
Atlanta and Savannah have the most salesforce architect openings in Georgia. Atlanta accounts for the bulk of demand given its density of Fortune 500 headquarters, fintech firms, and major consulting practices, while Alpharetta has grown into a significant tech corridor that hosts regional offices for large software and financial services companies actively hiring for Salesforce roles.
Are there remote salesforce architect jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Salesforce architecture is predominantly desk-based and collaborative through digital tools, making it well-suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 50% of salesforce architect openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how broadly employers have accepted distributed work for this role. Solution design, stakeholder workshops, and code reviews are the parts of the job most commonly handled fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a salesforce architect in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into an associate Salesforce administrator or developer role first, then building toward architect credentials. Large Georgia-based employers in financial technology and healthcare IT, including consulting firms with Atlanta offices, regularly hire for junior Salesforce roles and develop talent internally. Earning the Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications before applying gives candidates a concrete edge, and Georgia's robust Salesforce user community hosts regular Trailblazer meetups in Atlanta where new practitioners connect with hiring managers.
Where can I find and apply to salesforce architect jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to salesforce architect jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings updated regularly. Search the listings, find roles that fit your experience and location preference, and apply directly to the ones that match.
