Employment Type: Full-time
Primary Work Location: Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC), Joint Base Andrews, or another Government-approved location, as authorized.
Work Schedule: 0800-1600, Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

Position Summary
TACFI Consulting is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Air National Guard Security Forces requirements, equipment, logistics, policy, and program execution. The position will provide analytical support for equipment requirements, lifecycle tracking, policy maintenance, stakeholder coordination, and readiness-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for Security Forces requirements, equipment programs, policy, and related mission-support activities.
- Track equipment requirements, authorizations, inventories, deliveries, discrepancies, and recurring program data.
- Support requirements development, market research, cost-estimate support, test/evaluation coordination, and related acquisition-support activities.
- Review equipment and unfunded requirement submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate with Air National Guard, Air Force, major command, and other Government stakeholders on requirements and logistics matters.
- Prepare progress reports, briefings, presentations, after-action documentation, and continuity materials.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, equipment management, requirements analysis, program management, or related defense/federal support.
- Experience with Government procurement support, asset tracking, inventory, lifecycle management, or requirements documentation is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recurring actions and meet short suspense timelines with high accuracy.
- DoD, Department of the Air Force, or Air National Guard experience is preferred.
Security and Access
Must be able to obtain and maintain the personnel security clearance, background investigation, credentials, and system access required for assigned duties.
Travel
Travel may be required to Air National Guard, U.S. Air Force, or other approved locations when authorized in support of the mission.
