At Lockheed Martin's Rotary and Mission System's Cyber Resiliency organization, we are dedicated to engineering and deploying cutting-edge cyber defense solutions across our corporation. Our focus on cybersecurity is paramount to ensuring mission success for our customers, even in the face of evolving cyber threats.
THE WORK
- Hardening operating systems, applications, and network devices
- Conducting vulnerability scans
- Continuous monitoring of the security posture of the system
- Assisting with Government Certification Test and Evaluation (CT&E) and Vulnerability Testing
- Implementing security updates and patches
- Applying configuration changes to ESS and ACAS security tools
- Providing support to maintain the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) of the system to include support of the RMF package
- Collaboration with system stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity posture of the system is maintained
- Interfacing with and supporting the ISSO and other government security stakeholders
Please Note:
- This position requires a government Secret security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
- This position will involve around 10% travel to our customer sites throughout the U.S.
Travel Requirements include:
- Travel to Moorestown NJ – SFS Systems Integration Laboratory
- Travel to Space Operations Center, Eglin AFB Site C6 FL
- Potential travel with US Passport to Sensor Site 1, Kwajalein Atoll, Royal Marshall Islands.

Having experience with ESS, ACAS security tools is a plus, as well as experience with Windows Active Directory and a familiarity with DISA STIGs.

Basic Qualifications
- Related Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 3+ year or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable and relevant cybersecurity engineering or systems administration experience.
- Good working knowledge of Linux or Windows based systems.
- Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification or higher (e.g. CompTIA Security+ or CISSP)
- Ability to obtain an Secret DoD Secret security clearance prior to starting this position. Obtaining a Security Clearance requires US citizenship.
