Your Purpose as a Business Development Center Representative:
- Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
- Ensure customer retention by providing extraordinary customer service
- Use multi-line phone system to receive high volume inbound calls
- Achieve and maintain goals to increase ongoing service retention by using multiple forms of communication
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
