Job Summary:
The scope of this role includes leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement a variety of projects and processes, including large scale process redesigns and technology implementations within the HR function. Working independently and leading through influence, this individual will combine their business acumen and strategic thinking to execute complex projects with enterprise-wide impact.
To be successful in this role, you will need to build collaborative relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive outcomes, make actionable recommendations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role routinely requires you to navigate ambiguity and complex issues to develop well thought out recommendations that move projects forward. Additionally, you will need the ability to flex between various tasks and levels of detail, from scheduling and facilitating meetings to providing status updates to senior leaders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and communications skills and will quickly establish themselves as a trusted strategic partner with senior leadership. Job Responsibilities:
Drive: Achieve executional excellence through efficient and effective project management practices
- Analyze and understand business strategy and high priority goals.
- Direct large-scale, complex projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. Proposes recommendations and adjustments to plans as required.
- Engage with appropriate stakeholders to facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, manage issue tracking and resolution, and ensure project objectives are met.
Connect: Inspire trust and build productive relationships with key stakeholders and program delivery teams.
- Engage broadly and deeply within and outside the HR function to quickly connect information and facilitate positive outcomes.
