About the Role
As an Sr. Associate Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to physical security technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role will require 25%+ travel. - Lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in physical security technology.
- Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial accountability.
- Collaborate with the engineering, local business operation leaders, and accounting teams to align project goals with company objectives.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business in a related field or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the physical security technology industry.
- Strong understanding of physical security technologies and best practices (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID).
- Strong understanding of physical security systems (e.g., video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, intercom).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
- Proficiency in budget management, cost management, and status reports.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Project Schedule Management via Gantt Chart, Budget management, Cost Performance management).
- Security Platform Certifications are a plus (e.g. Genetec, Axis, Software House, OpenPath).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
