**This position is for upcoming work and is contingent upon task award/funding.
** This will be an onsite position in Albuquerque, NM.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee data acquisition and curation workflows for testing programs, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and completeness from collection through archival.
- Perform data validation and analytics on test-derived datasets, identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues while applying corrective actions and documentation protocols.
- Manage and maintain weapons effects and tests databases, including schema design, data population, version control, and access management in support of program testing objectives.
- Develop and implement data models for functional characterization of weapons systems and effects, enabling quantitative analysis and decision support for test evaluation teams.
- Apply uncertainty analysis techniques to assess measurement error, data variability, and confidence levels within test datasets and analytical outputs.
- Support the development, integration, and validation of analysis tools and software used for processing, visualizing, and interpreting test and evaluation data.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and program managers to translate complex data requirements into structured analytical products and actionable technical findings.
- 8 years of experience in data engineering, operations research, or a related analytical role, preferably within a DoW or government contracting environment.
- Demonstrated experience with database design, management, and querying (e.g., SQL, relational and/or NoSQL platforms).
- Proficiency in data analytics and scripting tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or equivalent languages used for data processing and validation.
- Familiarity with uncertainty analysis methodologies, including error propagation, statistical confidence analysis, and sensitivity analysis techniques.
- Experience with data validation processes and quality assurance practices applied to large or complex technical datasets.
- US Citizen with an Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance (required at time of application)
- Prior experience supporting weapons effects testing, range testing, or T&E (Test and Evaluation) programs within a DoW or national laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with weapons systems data or energetics/effects characterization datasets and associated terminology.
- Experience developing or maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes in support of scientific or engineering workflows.
- Knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or custom Python/MATLAB-based tools) for communicating analytical results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Graduate degree (M.S.) in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent advanced professional experience.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range: USD $131,580.00 - USD $205,560.00 /Yr.
