CORE JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Analyzes data and generates useful business reports.
2. Works with Total Rewards management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each function.
3. Identifies and recommends new ways to streamline business processes based on data.
4. Uses data to create models that depict trends in requests.
5. Works with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis
project.
6. Performs simple business analysis using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory and
predictive modeling etc.
7. Assists in determining and providing insight on best practices and actionable insights for the current business
operations or issues.
8. Handle special analytical projects as needed.
9. Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to Total Rewards business processes in order to
improve overall organization performance.
10. Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
11. Completes standard and ad hoc reporting requests.
12. Builds and runs queries for routine reports.
13. Works cross functionally with operations and supporting teams to provide a resource for verifying key data
and performance reports.
14. Document, stage, process, and review testing scenarios for payroll impacted configuration changes.
15. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards the University’s assets.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

and work demands.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
- Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with colleagues and
stakeholders.
- Experience with Workday and or UKG Preferred but not required.
