Entry Level Senior Treasury Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level senior treasury analyst job?
Focus on building a foundation in cash management, financial modeling, and forecasting through coursework, internships, or campus finance clubs. Employers at this level look for candidates who understand liquidity concepts and can work with spreadsheet tools or treasury management systems. A relevant internship, a strong academic record in finance or accounting, and demonstrated attention to detail are the qualities that give entry level candidates a real edge.
Which companies hire entry level senior treasury analysts?
Companies hiring entry level senior treasury analysts right now include KeyBank, Standish Management, and Truist, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. At this level, hiring tends to come from large corporations with dedicated treasury departments, regional banks, financial services firms, and companies undergoing growth or restructuring that need additional analytical support.
Are there remote entry level senior treasury analyst jobs?
Yes, though most postings at this level skew on-site given the hands-on nature of cash operations and systems access. About 18% of entry level senior treasury analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, so options do exist for candidates who need flexibility. Hybrid arrangements are more common than fully remote at this career stage.
Are these new grad senior treasury analyst jobs?
Yes, many of these postings are new grad and junior roles that welcome recent graduates with little or no professional experience. A new grad-friendly listing typically welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts relevant internships toward that threshold, or accepts a strong academic portfolio in finance, accounting, or economics in place of full-time tenure. Titles like junior treasury analyst or treasury associate often signal the same entry point.
Which industries hire the most entry level senior treasury analysts?
Entry Level senior treasury analyst roles concentrate in Banking & Financial Services, Consulting & Professional Services, and Technology & Software, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors drive hiring at the entry level because they maintain large, complex cash flows that require dedicated analytical support, creating consistent demand for candidates who can assist with daily liquidity monitoring, reporting, and reconciliation.
