- Develop and execute our social-media strategy
- Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos and other content
- Film content on-site featuring our stylists, spa professionals, services, transformations and behind-the-scenes experiences
- Create content that is entertaining, educational and promotional—not simply advertising
- Stay current with social-media trends, sounds and formats
- Manage posting, captions, engagement and social-media interactions
- Develop creative campaigns, contests and seasonal content
- Monitor analytics and adjust content based on what performs
- Collaborate with our marketing team on promotions and overall brand messaging
- Help increase engagement, reach, followers, inquiries and ultimately bookings

- Strong Instagram, Facebook and TikTok skills
- Excellent short-form video creation and editing skills
