We’re looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Manager, Photographer & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence and bring our work to life.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally take photos, shoot videos, edit content, and manage our channels. You should already have the skills to create polished content and the curiosity to keep trying new ideas.

What You’ll Do

• Manage our social media channels: Own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms—from planning and publishing to engagement and reporting.
• Personally photograph our work: Take high-quality photos of completed interiors, active projects, showroom displays, products, and our team. Plan shoots, compose shots, manage lighting, and edit the final images.
• Capture before-and-after transformations: Coordinate photography and video at key project stages so we can tell the complete story from the original space to the final reveal.
• Shoot and edit video: Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts, longer YouTube videos, project tours, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Plan and lead shoots: Develop concepts, shot lists, and simple scripts. Coordinate access with designers, project managers, and homeowners, and help prepare spaces for photography.
• Bring fresh creative ideas: Understand current trends, emerging formats, and platform culture—and adapt the right ideas to our brand.
• Tell engaging stories: Turn design decisions, craftsmanship, product features, and homeowner experiences into content that connects with people.
• Create a consistent publishing schedule: Build and execute a content calendar with compelling visuals, strong captions, effective thumbnails, and clear calls to action.
• Build our community: Respond to comments and messages, encourage conversation, and connect customer inquiries with our team.
• Track and improve performance: Use results to refine content, grow our audience, and generate qualified inquiries.
• Maintain our content library: Organize original and edited photos and videos for social media, website updates, advertising, and other marketing needs.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• A portfolio demonstrating your own photography, videography, and editing work.
• The ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish content.
• Strong photography skills, including lighting, composition, styling, and photo editing.
• Confidence using cameras, smartphones, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
• Experience creating both short-form social videos and YouTube content.
• Proficiency with tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• A strong understanding of current social media trends and how content should differ across platforms.
• Clear writing, strong organization, and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort directing people on camera and collaborating with clients and colleagues.
• An interest in interior design, architecture, remodeling, and beautiful spaces.
• Availability to work in person and travel locally between showrooms and project sites.

Experience photographing interiors or creating content for design, real estate, lifestyle, or home improvement brands is a plus. Your creative judgment, portfolio, and ability to execute matter most.
