Digital Marketing & Content Specialist – HVAC
Pay: 75k-80k pay range
Location: Buford, Georgia
Company: VTS America
Employment: Full-time
About the Role
VTS America is looking for a digitally native, curious and highly resourceful person to help build the next generation of our marketing platform.
This is not a traditional marketing coordinator or social media position. We are looking for someone who understands how people discover information today—through LinkedIn, video, podcasts, online communities, AI tools, newsletters and digital content—and wants to apply those skills in a growing technical industry.
You will combine content creation, AI tools, online research and direct interaction with HVAC professionals to help VTS build its digital presence, identify market opportunities and reach engineers, contractors, manufacturer representatives and building owners.
You do not need HVAC experience. Curiosity and the ability to learn technical subjects quickly are more important. Early Career / Recent Graduates Welcome.
What You Will Do
Content & Digital Marketing
- Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, websites and industry platforms.
- Produce short videos, interviews, visual campaigns, technical explainers and project stories.
- Help develop HVAC podcasts and video conversations with engineers, contractors, representatives and industry experts.
- Visit job sites, industry events and customer locations to capture photos, videos, interviews and real-world stories.
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar based on commercial priorities.
- Experiment with new content formats and digital channels to determine what works.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Monitor HVAC websites, industry publications, podcasts, forums, LinkedIn discussions, associations and competitor activity.
- Research markets including healthcare, higher education, industrial facilities, retrofit projects and data centers.
- Identify emerging customer needs, technologies, projects, competitive moves and industry conversations.
- Interview sales representatives, engineers, contractors and customers.
- Turn online research and conversations into concise, actionable insights for Sales and Product teams.
AI & Marketing Technology
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, video production, transcription, analysis and campaign execution.
- Experiment with new AI and digital tools that can improve marketing productivity and audience targeting.
- Build targeted audiences and mailing lists by industry, geography, company and professional role.
- Support LinkedIn campaigns, email sequences, newsletters and account-based marketing.
- Track campaign engagement and help connect marketing activity to real accounts, opportunities and projects.
Work Directly With the Business
You will work closely with Sales, Product, Applications Engineering, senior leadership and VTS manufacturer representatives.
You will help support customer events, roundtables, lunch-and-learns, webinars, interviews and industry events while developing case studies, customer stories, product comparisons and technical content.
The goal is simple: marketing should help create real commercial opportunities, not just impressions and followers.
Who We Are Looking For
We care more about curiosity, creativity, digital fluency and the ability to execute than a specific career path.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Understand current digital, social media and content trends.
- Use AI tools effectively or are highly motivated to explore new AI capabilities.
- Have strong internet research and critical-thinking skills.
- Can take complicated information and explain it clearly.
- Are comfortable talking with people, asking questions and conducting interviews.
- Are willing to appear in video or podcast content.
- Have experience or demonstrated ability in content creation, video, graphic design, social media, email marketing or digital analytics.
- Are organized, self-directed and able to take an idea from concept to finished product.
- Are interested in learning about HVAC, engineering, construction, energy efficiency and data centers.
HVAC experience is not required. We will teach you the industry.
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Adobe tools, HubSpot or other CRMs, email marketing platforms, podcast production or video-editing software is helpful but not required.
What Success Looks Like
During your first year, you will help VTS:
- Establish a consistent and credible digital presence.
- Build targeted audiences for priority markets.
- Launch measurable LinkedIn, newsletter and email campaigns.
- Create customer, job-site and technical proof content.
- Develop an HVAC interview and podcast program.
- Turn industry conversations and online research into useful market intelligence.
- Connect marketing activity to named accounts, qualified opportunities and commercial projects.
Why Join VTS America?
This is an opportunity to build—not simply maintain—a modern marketing platform for a growing commercial HVAC organization.
You will work directly with senior leadership, sales professionals, engineers, customers and industry partners. You will gain hands-on exposure to commercial HVAC, applied air-handling systems and data-center cooling while developing your capabilities in digital marketing, AI, content creation and market intelligence.
You will have substantial ownership and the freedom to test new ideas, technologies and content formats.

Content Marketing Manager Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a content marketing manager in Georgia?
Content marketing manager roles in Georgia require no state-issued license or certification, so the path runs through education and experience. Most Georgia employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or journalism, followed by several years in content creation or digital marketing roles. Building a portfolio of published work, campaign results, and measurable outcomes carries significant weight with Atlanta-area tech and financial services employers. Certifications from HubSpot or Google strengthen candidacy for roles that emphasize inbound or performance marketing.
How much do content marketing managers make in Georgia?
Content marketing managers in Georgia earn a median of about $160,760 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $94,390 for the lowest 10% to over $277,180 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire content marketing managers in Georgia?
Employers hiring content marketing managers in Georgia right now include TriNet, Slingco, and Woodgrain, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's density of corporate headquarters and regional hubs, particularly in Atlanta's Midtown and Buckhead corridors, means large enterprises across fintech, media, and healthcare regularly post openings at multiple seniority levels.
Which Georgia cities have the most content marketing manager jobs?
Atlanta, Buford, and Smyrna have the most content marketing manager openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the majority of listings because it is home to a high concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, major media companies, and fast-growing technology firms, while secondary markets reflect anchor employers in healthcare, logistics, and higher education that maintain in-house content teams.
Are there remote content marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and more than most fields. Content marketing is primarily a desk-based, digital discipline, making it well suited to remote and hybrid arrangements. About 40% of content marketing manager openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how widely distributed content teams have become since employers normalized flexible work. Strategy, editorial planning, and SEO-focused roles tend to be the most remote-friendly.
How can I get hired as a content marketing manager in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a content coordinator or marketing coordinator role at a Georgia employer and growing into management. Large Atlanta-area companies like Cox Enterprises and Coca-Cola occasionally run marketing associate programs structured for recent graduates. Adjacent roles in social media, copywriting, or email marketing at Georgia agencies or in-house teams provide the hands-on channel experience hiring managers look for. A portfolio demonstrating published content, measurable engagement, and a working knowledge of SEO tools consistently outweighs a thin resume in Georgia's marketing hiring market.
Where can I find and apply to content marketing manager jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to content marketing manager jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings across Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, and beyond. Find roles that fit your experience level and specialty and apply directly to the employers posting them.
