Job Description:
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support and fostering lasting relationships. You'll be the frontline troubleshooter, assisting clients in navigating our online course evaluation software via phone and email. With a focus on problem-solving and client education, you'll empower users to maximize the benefits of the SmartEvals system.

Qualifications & Skills:
· 2 years of technical and/or customer service experience
· Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain connections
· Good spelling and grammar
· Ability to multi-task and work on cross functional teams
· Comfortable with computers and digital technology (Online meeting platforms, Google Drive, Word, Excel etc.)
· Ability to effectively communicate, verbally (via phone) and in writing (via email)
· Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
We are looking for a self-starter, who is ready to learn and not afraid to dive in to new software.
Preferred:
· Proven track record of adept problem-solving, showcasing a talent for troubleshooting issues and seeing them through to resolution.
· College degree
· Experience working with higher education
The office has a casual atmosphere, with a focus on employee development. The potential for raises happens twice per year.
This is a fully in-office position at: 435 Cleveland Dr, Buffalo, NY 14225
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with flexible scheduling. During the busy season (end of Fall and Spring Semesters) you will be required to work 5 hours overtime, with occasional Saturday shifts.
