Your Role at Sephora
Ready for a career glow up? As an Analyst, Sourcing Operations, you'll help transform sourcing data into strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions across Sephora North America. The work you do will impact beauty by improving sourcing operations, optimizing spend, and enabling data-driven decision making that supports our business and supplier partnerships. You'll be part of the Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence team, united in beauty and supported by colleagues who are passionate about innovation, operational excellence, and delivering meaningful business results.
- Analyze large and complex spend datasets to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide visibility into sourcing performance, supplier metrics, savings, and spend.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytical solutions.
- Transform complex data into executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and visual storytelling that support strategic decision making.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of scalable data infrastructure to improve data quality, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.
- Manage recurring reporting processes, including spend reporting, savings tracking, supplier diversity reporting, and other operational metrics.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support sourcing initiatives, executive business reviews, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve sourcing processes through data-driven solutions.
- Promote best practices in data governance, dashboard design, reporting standards, and analytics across the sourcing organization.
- Continuously evaluate reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and business insights.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, sourcing operations, procurement analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related analytical field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and macros.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing processes.
- Experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Coupa, Zip, SpendHQ, Per Angusta, or similar platforms.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.
- Passion for data visualization, dashboard design, and using analytics to drive business decisions.
What You’ll Get:
The annual base salary range for this position is $89,000.00 - $99,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days.
