The clearest path is targeting San Jose's dominant industries: semiconductor fabrication, cloud infrastructure, and medical devices. Employers in North San Jose's tech campuses and the Alviso industrial corridor hire sourcing professionals with experience in direct materials, contract manufacturing, or supplier qualification.
