Behavior Bridge Services is exploring the expansion of our services to include speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy!

About Behavior Bridge Services
Behavior Bridge Services was founded on the belief that every person matters.

Our existing behavioral health team provides individualized ABA services to children and families throughout our service area. As we look toward expansion, we are interested in bringing additional therapeutic services together to better support the needs of the children and families we serve.
The Opportunity
We are exploring opportunities to develop speech therapy services and potentially expand into occupational and physical therapy.
We are interested in connecting with Speech-Language Pathologists who would like to be part of this growth.
Depending on experience, availability, and program development, opportunities may include:
- Providing individualized speech and language evaluations and treatment.
- Working with children with autism, developmental delays, and communication challenges.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Collaborating with families and caregivers.
- Coordinating care with our existing ABA team when clients receive both services.
- Helping establish clinical processes and contribute to the development of a new therapy program.
- Potential opportunities to help develop an office-based therapy setting.
What We Are Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated professional.
- Interest in helping develop and grow a new program.
