Strategic Partnerships Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a strategic partnerships manager in Florida?
Most strategic partnerships manager roles in Florida require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, followed by experience in sales, account management, or business development. Florida does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando typically look for candidates who have managed external relationships in technology, healthcare, or financial services, and an MBA or relevant professional certifications can accelerate advancement into senior roles.
Which companies hire strategic partnerships managers in Florida?
Employers hiring strategic partnerships managers in Florida right now include Deloitte, AJAIA, and Hertz, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's concentration of technology companies, large healthcare systems, and hospitality and cruise industry headquarters creates steady year-round demand for partnership professionals across the state.
Which Florida cities have the most strategic partnerships manager jobs?
Tampa, Tallahassee, and Estero have the most strategic partnerships manager openings in Florida. Miami drives hiring through its dense fintech, Latin American trade, and multinational corporate presence, while Tampa and Orlando generate consistent demand from healthcare systems, technology firms, and hospitality and entertainment companies headquartered or regionally based in those metros.
Are there remote strategic partnerships manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields, because strategic partnerships work is largely relationship-driven and communication-based rather than tied to a physical location. About 67% of strategic partnerships manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making it one of the more flexible roles in business development. The portions of the role most commonly performed remotely include partner communications, contract negotiations, and pipeline management.
How can I get hired as a strategic partnerships manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through an inside sales, account coordinator, or business development representative role at a Florida-based technology, healthcare, or financial services company, where you build the negotiation and relationship skills partnerships teams look for. Large Florida employers such as AdventHealth, Carnival Corporation, and regional fintech firms regularly hire for junior business development and alliance coordinator positions that lead into partnership roles. Completing a Salesforce certification or demonstrating a history of managing external vendor relationships in a prior role meaningfully strengthens an entry-level application.
Where can I find and apply to strategic partnerships manager jobs in Florida?
