We are seeking a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to lead our joint marketing efforts with our fastest-growing ecosystem segment. As the Strategic Alliances Senior Marketing Manager, you are the primary architect of our joint go-to-market strategy with elite Global System Integrators (GSIs). This senior role demands a strategic approach to managing high-level relationships with global business stakeholders and regional leads to amplify joint innovation and thought leadership. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of large-scale marketing programs that not only elevate brand awareness, but also drive significant, measurable demand and revenue growth through these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute: Build global marketing plans aligned to GTM priorities and business objectives. Integrate awareness activities to amplify our strategic partnerships, and define campaign strategy to deliver marketing-sourced pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Executive Relationships: Cultivate high-level relationships with alliance leaders and business stakeholders, both internally and with GSIs. Drive alignment and commitment to our joint marketing plan and investments. Lead marketing cadences via calls, in-person meetings and email communications.
Elevate Partnerships: Identify and maximize opportunities to leverage GSI partnerships to support corporate marketing initiatives and events, such as CxO experiences and Ignite on Tour. Amplify strategic partnerships through sponsorships, speaking engagements, and customer success stories.
Strategic Execution: Participate in quarterly business reviews. Lead planning interlocks, collaborating closely with regional alliances and marketing team members. Provide status on campaign execution, funding levels, and KPIs. Use data-driven insights and AI to pivot strategies, optimize investments, and refine marketing plans.
Leverage Industry Expertise: Champion integrated campaigns that leverage GSI industry and vertical expertise at events and through demand generation and ABM programs in coordination with the global demand generation team.
Innovation & Thought Leadership: Lead the co-creation of high-value strategic content (e.g., white papers, joint webinars) with GSIs and internal subject matter experts showcasing our vision and innovation jointly addressing critical market and cybersecurity challenges.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, with a proven track record specifically working with global system integrators such as IBM, NTT, Accenture, Deloitte, and PwC.
Strong campaign planning and development experience; multi-touch demand gen program management and execution.
Direct experience sourcing and working with third-party agencies to execute marketing tactics; negotiating SOW terms and costs.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a track record of working across sales and marketing teams and internal/external partner organizations.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and make continuous improvements in a growing organization.
BA in Marketing or other related field. MBA, a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Action-oriented, take-charge in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, large stakeholder organization, and extensive solutions portfolio.
Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail and timelines.
Collaborative mindset working across teams and time zones.
AI-ready marketer; adept at using AI tools daily for ideation and accelerating execution.
Experience with SFDC, Allocadia and G Suite. Asana, Ariba and Tableau are a plus.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
$152,000.00 - $245,500.00/yrOur Commitment
