Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Analytics:
-
- Independently identifies, documents, analyzes, implements, and communicates solutions to meet the needs of the business\
- Defines and documents the current and future operational scenarios and work with other business areas and client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into solutions and/or business requirements
- Analyzes probable impact of recommendations and solutions on other business areas and client groups.
- Contributes to the cost/benefit analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain models for projects
- Provides support and resources for ad-hoc analysis requests, tools, development, and process improvement projects
- Identifies issues and gaps within current business processes and develops solutions which drive continuous improvement in the functional area
Project Management: -
- Manages medium to large complexity projects that may encompass technologies, facilities, processes, materials, handling systems, or other business initiatives
- Ensures the project is on schedule, high quality, within determined budget, meets departmental scorecard, and creates business value
- Contributes to project efforts/status including developing project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and coordinating logistical team
- Proactively develops project management tools for Supply Chain
- Supports/delivers training and education services to teams & resources
- May lead, in conjunction with project teams, the delivery of processes, systems, processes, metrics and/or services in the agreed upon time frames
- Maintains client/stakeholder partnerships to ensure overall satisfaction

Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Work Experience:
- 5+ years Experience - Required
- Supply Chain Systems: Project Management Professional Certification preferred OR - Required
- Supply Chain Optimization: Experience developing/maintaining engineered labor standards preferred OR - Required
- Transportation Procurement: experience with freight term changes and logistics (Transportation Supply Chain only) - Required
- Transportation Modeling: experience with analyzing freight networks preferred (Transportation Supply Chain only) - Required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Manufacturing Inventory Management: Develop, implement and sustain inventory management requirements in digital systems -
- Advanced written/Verbal communication and presentation skills - Required
- Strong computer skills. Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Cognos, and/or Teredata - Required
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills - Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Required
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills - Required
- Strong organization and time management skills - Required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects - Required

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree Industrial engineering, supply chain, business, operations management, or related field or relevant business/technical experience - Required
- Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Data Science - Preferred
