Position Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting a broad range of Human Resources initiatives. This role will focus on talent acquisition and building strong candidate pipelines to support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources and enjoy partnering with leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and required competencies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer facilitation.
- Post requisitions, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure accurate data management within ATS and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting on hiring activity, pipeline performance, and talent market trends.
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including transfers, promotions, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation alignment, benefits coordination, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations throughout the recruiting and employment process.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidate, employee, and hiring manager inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting and HR operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
- Experience supporting high-growth, technology, engineering, manufacturing, or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR compliance practices and safety.
- Experience with workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
