Entry Level Talent Acquisition Partner Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level talent acquisition partner job?
Employers hiring at the entry level look for candidates who understand the basics of sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach. Internship experience in HR or recruiting is a strong differentiator, but so is demonstrated familiarity with applicant tracking systems, a history of coordinating interviews, or coursework in human resources or organizational psychology. Tailoring your resume to highlight people-facing experience, even in unrelated roles, gives you a real edge.
Which companies hire entry level talent acquisition partners?
Companies hiring entry level talent acquisition partners right now include Auctane, Pattern, and ByteDance, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. A wide range of employers hire at this level, from large enterprise organizations building dedicated TA teams to fast-growing startups that need recruiters who can learn quickly and take on responsibility early.
Are there remote entry level talent acquisition partner jobs?
Yes, remote and hybrid options exist at this experience level, though competition is higher for fully remote seats. About 33% of entry level talent acquisition partner openings are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making flexible arrangements a realistic target for candidates who prioritize location independence while building their recruiting career.
Are these new grad talent acquisition partner jobs?
Yes, this page includes new grad, recent graduate, and junior talent acquisition partner roles alongside other entry level postings. A new grad friendly posting typically welcomes candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and treats internships, volunteer recruiting work, or a strong portfolio as equivalent to professional experience. If a listing does not require prior TA titles, it is generally open to new grads.
Which industries hire the most entry level talent acquisition partners?
Entry Level talent acquisition partner roles concentrate in Technology & Software, Education, and News & Publishing, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. These sectors tend to drive entry level hiring because they have large, ongoing headcount needs and build internal recruiting teams that develop junior talent rather than relying entirely on external search firms.
