Tax Manager – Job Summary

• Supervise and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor, train, and provide feedback to tax preparers and accountants.
• Manage workflow and ensure accurate, timely filing of tax returns.

• Minimum of 6 years of recent tax preparation and review experience in public accounting – REQUIRED.
• Active CPA license – REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• GoSystem Tax (Fast Tax) experience – Preferred.

• Phoenix, Arizona area.
• Local candidates highly preferred.
• Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional out-of-market candidates.
• Interviews will include a combination of virtual and in-person meetings with 2–3 interviewers.
