Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused sales environment? Renewal by Andersen of Charlotte is seeking energetic Inside Sales Agents to join our team!

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping shape their overall customer experience. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with customers who have expressed interest in window and door replacement, and schedule in-home consultations—no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

Customer Interaction

• Speak with homeowners who have requested information about window and door replacement—no cold outreach.

• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service that sets the tone for the customer journey.

Appointment Setting

• Schedule no-obligation in-home consultations for our Project Consultants, who will assess needs, measure, and provide quotes.

Data Entry

• Accurately enter customer information and project details into company systems while maintaining an engaging conversation.

Sales Responsibilities

• Represent our products and services, highlight key benefits, generate interest, and confidently overcome objections to secure appointments.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred

• Minimum 1 year of call center and/or sales experience

• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus

• Proficiency with PCs, CRM systems, and Microsoft applications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• $18/hour base pay

• 20% monthly performance-based bonus, with additional earning potential

• Bonuses tied to call metrics, appointment setting, and lead conversion

Schedule & Work Environment

Call Center Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 8am–8pm

• Sat: 8am–7pm

• Sun: 8am–7pm

• Rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• In-office role

• Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
