Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test procedures for new and existing server, storage, and networking products.
- Execute various types of testing, including functional, performance, reliability, stress, and compatibility testing.
- Configure and troubleshoot test environments, including hardware, software, and network components.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware design, software development, product management) to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Automate test cases and develop test scripts using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality considerations.
- Document test processes, results, and issues accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new testing methodologies.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware testing, preferably with server or storage systems.
