INTRODUCTION
Founded in 1977 as the Senior Care Action Network, SCAN began with a simple but radical idea: that older adults deserve to stay healthy and independent. That belief was championed by a group of community activists we still honor today as the “12 Angry Seniors.” Their mission continues to guide everything we do.
Today, SCAN is a nonprofit health organization serving more than 500,000 people across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington, with over $8 billion in annual revenue. With nearly five decades of experience, we have built a distinctive, values-driven platform dedicated to improving care for older adults.
Our work spans Medicare Advantage, fully integrated care models, primary care, care for the most medically and socially complex populations, and next-generation care delivery models. Across all of this, we are united by a shared commitment: combining compassion with discipline, innovation with stewardship, and growth with integrity.
At SCAN, we believe scale should strengthen—not dilute—our mission. We are building the future of care for older adults, grounded in purpose, accountability, and respect for the people and communities we serve.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Compliance Program Manager
Align your credentials to Management Consultant
TN visa approval for Compliance Program Managers depends on fitting the Management Consultant category. Your degree must be in business, law, finance, or a related field, and your job duties must reflect consulting-style analysis rather than purely administrative compliance tasks.
Target regulated-industry employers first
Financial services, healthcare, and energy companies carry standing compliance departments and are accustomed to TN sponsorship paperwork. These employers already have HR infrastructure for professional visa filings, which shortens the offer-to-start timeline significantly for you.
Request a duties-specific employer support letter
The TN support letter must spell out how your Compliance Program Manager role meets the Management Consultant definition. Generic job descriptions get flagged. Ask your employer to document regulatory frameworks you'll oversee, not just your title or reporting line.
Understand the Mexican consular appointment timeline
Mexican nationals cannot use the port-of-entry process and must schedule a consular interview. Factor in your local U.S. consulate's wait times when negotiating your start date, since compliance roles often have immediate needs that don't account for visa processing.
Search for TN-ready roles using Migrate Mate
Filter for Compliance Program Manager positions at employers with recent visa filings using Migrate Mate. This surfaces companies experienced with work visa sponsorship processes, helping you identify organizations more likely to understand visa requirements and support your application.
Prepare proof of active professional licensing if applicable
Some Compliance Program Manager roles require CAMS, CCEP, or similar certifications. CBP officers reviewing your TN application may ask for these credentials to confirm specialty occupation standing, so have digital and printed copies ready before your port-of-entry or consular appointment.

Find Compliance Program Manager JobsCompliance Program Manager TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Compliance Program Manager role qualify for a TN visa?
Yes, but the fit depends on how the role is framed. CBP evaluates TN applications against defined USMCA categories, and Compliance Program Manager most commonly qualifies under Management Consultant. The job duties must reflect analytical, advisory, or systems-design functions rather than routine administrative oversight. A well-drafted employer support letter documenting those specific functions is what makes the difference at the port of entry or consulate.
How does TN visa sponsorship for this role compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so you can start as soon as your employer completes the support letter and you clear entry. H-1B requires entering a lottery that approves only a fraction of registrants each year, with a wait of up to a year before employment begins. For Compliance Program Manager roles, TN is faster and more predictable, provided the position genuinely fits the Management Consultant or Accountant category.
What documentation should my employer prepare for my TN application?
Your employer needs a support letter on company letterhead that describes the professional nature of the role, your specific compliance duties, the regulatory frameworks involved, your expected start date, and your compensation structure. The letter should reference your qualifying degree and explain why the position requires professional-level expertise. Vague letters citing only your title are the most common reason CBP asks follow-up questions or defers entry.
Where can I find Compliance Program Manager jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It filters Compliance Program Manager openings by TN visa sponsorship status, so you can focus on employers who understand the filing process and are prepared to provide the required support letter. Searching general job boards forces you to screen employers manually for TN familiarity, which adds weeks to your timeline.
Can I renew my TN visa if I stay in the same Compliance Program Manager role?
Yes. TN status is granted in increments of up to three years and can be renewed indefinitely as long as you maintain the same qualifying employment. Each renewal requires a current employer support letter confirming the role has not materially changed. If your responsibilities shift significantly, reassess whether the position still fits the Management Consultant category before your renewal appointment.
