THE OPPORTUNITY
This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo division and reports to the Director of Performance and Lifecycle Marketing. Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health. We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly performance-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own full-funnel acquisition across Meta and Google, the two most critical performance channels for Lingo. This role is responsible for delivering efficient new-buyer growth through best-in-class media execution, advanced data activation, experimentation, and continuous optimization across Search, YouTube, Display, and Meta’s full suite of ad products. While deep, hands-on mastery of Meta and Google is a must, this role also offers the opportunity to test, scale, and build expertise in emerging growth channels —including Pinterest, Reddit, evolving search surfaces, and future platforms that shape the shifting digital landscape. This is a high-visibility role accountable for significant revenue contribution, CAC efficiency, and strategic expansion of Lingo’s paid media ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Performance Strategy & Execution:
- Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display) with direct ownership of new-buyer outcomes.
- Develop and manage channel-specific roadmaps tied to CAC, ROAS, and customer growth targets.
- Translate objectives into performance frameworks that leverage the full capabilities of platform machine learning and automation.
Data Activation & Measurement:
- Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of Meta CAPI, Advantage+, Google Ads Data Manager, Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion ingestion, and server-side data pipelines.
- Design and run incrementality tests, holdouts, geo experiments, and lift studies in partnership with analytics. Also partner on attribution refinement, dashboarding and reporting that clearly communicate channel performance, insights, and business impact.
Experimentation & Creative Development:
- Own a structured testing roadmap across audiences, formats, bid strategies, landing pages, and creative themes.
- Provide direction on platform-native creative (UGC, creators, value-prop-driven video, search copy variants).
- Partner with brand, creative, and analytics teams to accelerate learning cycles and scale winning concepts.
Budget Ownership & Forecasting:
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets across Meta and Google with a focus on scale, efficiency, and predictability.
- Lead forecasting, pacing, troubleshooting performance shifts, and reallocating budgets across channels.
Channel Expansion & Innovation:
- Explore, test, and scale new and emerging channels—including Pinterest, Reddit, and next-gen search environments (e.g., AI-driven search results, conversational search, visual search).
- Build frameworks for evaluating channel readiness, test design, learning agendas, and scale potential.
- Stay at the forefront of industry and platform trends, particularly with respect to privacy, evolving search behavior, and creative innovation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with expert-level mastery in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of platform optimization mechanics, audience strategies, bidding systems, and performance creative best practices.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with GA4, Looker/Tableau, incrementality frameworks, and experimentation design.
- Proven experience owning large acquisition budgets and delivering against growth KPIs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of incrementality, attribution, MMM principles, cohort analysis, and LTV-driven optimization.
- Deep comfort with data pipelines, signal quality, and performance measurement infrastructure.
- Proven ability to collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive channel lift.
- Deep understanding of web-tracking (pixel), server-side tagging and signal instrumentation.
- Growth and AI-native mindset with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for deeper analysis.
- Experience with Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, or other emerging channels.

Align your degree to the TN category
Growth marketing roles can qualify under Management Consultant or Computer Systems Analyst. Your degree field determines which category fits. A marketing or business degree typically maps to Management Consultant, while a data or analytics focus may support Computer Systems Analyst.
Document your specialty occupation evidence
Compile a portfolio showing campaign attribution models, growth experiments, or funnel analysis you've led. CBP officers respond to technical specificity. Proof that the role requires a bachelor's level skill set strengthens your TN classification at the port of entry.
Target employers with cross-border hiring experience
Prioritize companies that have filed TN petitions before. Employers already familiar with TN requirements draft the support letter faster and know to include job duties, your Canadian or Mexican citizenship, and the intended TN category.
Request a precise employer support letter
The support letter must state your specific role duties, the TN category, and your start date. Vague letters citing only 'marketing responsibilities' raise CBP questions. Ask the hiring team or HR to detail measurable functions like A/B testing, paid acquisition, or lifecycle strategy.
Use Migrate Mate to find sponsoring employers
Search Migrate Mate to identify Growth Marketing Lead roles at employers actively offering TN visa sponsorship. Filter by role and location to surface companies already set up to support the TN filing process from offer through onboarding.
Prepare for Mexican consular appointment timelines
Mexican citizens cannot self-petition at the border and must schedule a TN visa interview at a U.S. consulate. Build four to eight weeks into your start date negotiation to account for appointment availability and document review.

Find Growth Marketing Lead JobsGrowth Marketing Lead TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Growth Marketing Lead role qualify for a TN visa?
Yes, but the qualifying category depends on your specific duties. If your role centers on strategic growth consulting across channels, Management Consultant is the typical fit. If it emphasizes data systems, analytics platforms, or marketing technology, Computer Systems Analyst may apply. The employer's support letter must accurately describe which category governs your position.
How does TN visa sponsorship compare to H-1B for this role?
For Canadian professionals, TN is significantly faster than H-1B. There's no lottery, no cap, and Canadians can receive TN status at the port of entry the same day they present their offer letter and credentials. H-1B requires an annual lottery and months of processing. Mexican citizens use TN consular processing, which is slower than Canadian port-of-entry approval but still bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely.
What documents do I need to apply for TN status as a Growth Marketing Lead?
You'll need a valid Canadian or Mexican passport, a signed employer support letter describing your specific duties and the TN category, and proof of your bachelor's degree in a qualifying field such as marketing, business, or computer science. Canadian citizens present these at a U.S. port of entry. Mexican citizens submit them at a U.S. consulate during a scheduled visa interview.
Where can I find Growth Marketing Lead jobs with TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals searching for TN visa sponsorship roles. You can filter for Growth Marketing Lead positions at employers who are set up to sponsor TN status, saving time you'd otherwise spend screening out companies unfamiliar with the process.
Can I switch employers while on a TN visa in a Growth Marketing Lead role?
Yes, but you must obtain new TN authorization before starting with the new employer. Canadian citizens can apply at a port of entry with a new support letter. Mexican citizens must schedule a new consular appointment. You cannot transfer TN status between employers the way H-1B holders can, so factor consulate or border wait times into your transition planning.
