- Monitor compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and other applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Training/knowledge in regulatory standards preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN licensure required
- Must obtain Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 3 years of hire
Experience:
- 1–2 years of recent experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, infection control, risk management, or related field
- 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience required
- Project management or leadership experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in public speaking and staff education
- Basic to moderate knowledge of research, statistics, and Quality Improvement concepts
- Preferred experience with EPIC, database/spreadsheet tools, and metrics from Vizient
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
