• Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months - during training): $21.64 per hour
• Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + Weekly Commission

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
• High level of professionalism and urgency
• This is an office-based position
