Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care (IMC) position requiring telemetry, ventilator, and transplant experience across acute medical and thoracic units.
Details
- Works across two IMC units: an Acute Medical/Progressive Care unit and a Thoracic unit
- Patient population includes oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/step-down level patients
- Experience with ventilated and transplant patients is required for this role
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
- Schedule runs Monday through Friday with every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis
Requirements
- Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Prior telemetry experience with oncology, cardiac, and PCU/DOU/IMC/step-down patient populations required
- Ventilator management experience required
- Transplant patient care experience required

- Candidates must pass a telemetry competency test prior to being cleared to start
