Job title - Senior Experience Designer
Location - Remote for Contract Duration (Hybrid to Newark, NJ upon conversion)
Duration - 3 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Description
Leads end-to-end UX for complex flows and journeys; drives usability outcomes, align cross-functionally, and mentors others
Scope & Ownership
- Owns multi-step journeys (e.g., onboarding, claim submission) with medium/high ambiguity
- Defines information architecture, user flows, and interaction patterns; proposes component improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user/usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Create low and high fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes; ensure WCAG compliance
- Partner cross-functionally to shape requirements and acceptance criteria; influence scope via data
- Collaborate with the Adobe Target team on testable variants; measure outcomes post launch
- Document component behavior, responsive rules, and designer guidance for reusable UI components
Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitates design reviews and cross-functional workshops; negotiates trade-offs with stakeholders
- Mentors associate designers
- Builds and maintains relationships with key partners (Content Strategy, Accessibility, Design System, etc.)
Success Indicators (Examples):
- Measurable task success improvements and reduced drop-off in analytics
- Fewer post-launch defects due to strong VQA and specification quality
- Adoption of proposed components/patterns across journeys

- IA diagrams, journey maps, prototypes, test plans/reports, component specs, Target test briefs and results
