ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the center of daily operations and customer interaction:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, phone, email, and walk-ins
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide quoting, pricing, product availability, and shipping timelines
- Support outside sales by sourcing products and preparing quotes
- Manage key accounts, including Oil \& Gas customers
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service that keeps customers coming back
