What you'll do:
- Plan, initiate, and oversee information technology (IT) projects. Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the product owner of our HR Company cloud platform.
- Work with internal customers to identify opportunities and issues with the current solutions and designing potential solutions, building a business case, then managing the enhancements, major upgrades, security, communications and deployment.
- End to end accountability for the analytics and integrations of our HR systems.
- Develop related strategies and approach, roll out the projects, and support and problem solve all related issues from employees.
- Drive all Portal Platform and HR Analytics as the project manager using through project initiation, requirements, development and configuration, testing, deployment and hyper care.
- Document and apply knowledge of the data models and integrations between systems.
- Manage and negotiate the triple constraint of Scope, Effort and Schedule. Select the best approach and then define, build, deploy, and support internal analytics, dashboards and visualizations.
- Coordinate and manage Internal IT, suppliers and consultants on complex development and integrations. Deliver business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), process flow maps, uses cases, implementation plans, and status reports.
- Telecommuting is permitted.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or in a related field and three (3) years of experience as a HR Technology Project Manager, System Analyst or a related role.

Special Requirements: Work experience with: managing HR systems and Payroll processes and solutions; configuring and managing Cloud Platforms; building and deploying analytics, visualizations, scorecards, dashboards; reports for HR using tools such as OBI, OTBI, Oracle HCM Cloud, Excel, and Alteryx, Power BI; and, SQL and reporting skills.
