Which companies sponsor visas for assistant account managers in Arizona?
Technology and enterprise software companies in the Phoenix metro, including Axway, GoDaddy, and Honeywell, have sponsored work visas for client-facing and account management roles. Healthcare organizations such as Banner Health and insurance firms like Allstate also maintain Arizona operations large enough to support sponsorship for assistant account manager positions with qualifying candidates.
Which visa types are most common for assistant account manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa type for assistant account manager roles in Arizona, provided the position meets the specialty occupation standard, which typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, while Canadian and Mexican nationals may explore TN visa status under the USMCA, subject to employer and role eligibility.
Which cities in Arizona have the most assistant account manager sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the majority of assistant account manager sponsorship opportunities in Arizona, given its concentration of Fortune 500 regional offices, tech companies, and financial services firms. Scottsdale and Tempe also produce a meaningful share of openings, particularly within technology and healthcare sectors. Tucson has a smaller but active market, supported by the University of Arizona's business ecosystem.
How to find assistant account manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify assistant account manager openings in Arizona where employers are willing to sponsor. Rather than sorting through general postings, you can browse roles in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe that have confirmed or indicated sponsorship, which is especially useful if you're on OPT or need H-1B support.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for assistant account managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Arizona's prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program are set by the Department of Labor and vary by metro area, with Phoenix-area wages generally reflecting the region's competitive technology and services market. Candidates with degrees from Arizona State University or the University of Arizona may find some employers already familiar with sponsoring international graduates for account management roles at entry and mid-levels.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored assistant account manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
