Search Director, Product Management Jobs in ArizonaDirector, Product Management Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for director, product management roles in Arizona?
GoDaddy, Axon, Honeywell, Intel, and PayPal have all filed H-1B visa petitions for product management roles in Arizona. Larger enterprise technology and defense firms in the Phoenix metro are the most consistent sponsors at the director level, as they have established HR and legal infrastructure to support the sponsorship process. Smaller Arizona startups sponsor less frequently for senior roles.
Which visa types are most common for director, product management roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for director, product management roles in Arizona. Directors typically qualify under the specialty occupation standard given the degree requirements for senior product leadership positions. Candidates already holding L-1A intracompany transferee status through a multinational employer are another common pathway, particularly for those transferring into Arizona offices from international locations.
Which cities in Arizona have the most director, product management sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the overwhelming majority of director, product management sponsorship activity in Arizona. Tempe, home to Arizona State University's research corridor and several technology campuses, also sees meaningful hiring at this level. Chandler has a growing semiconductor and hardware presence through Intel's fabrication operations, which occasionally generates product leadership demand tied to those programs.
How to find director, product management visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters director, product management jobs specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse Arizona opportunities without having to manually screen each employer. The platform surfaces roles from companies with documented sponsorship history, which is particularly useful at the director level where sponsorship willingness varies significantly by company size and product organization maturity in the Arizona market.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for director, product management visa sponsorship candidates?
Arizona does not have a state income tax reciprocity agreement or immigration-specific program that affects federal visa processing, so the H-1B prevailing wage determination follows standard Department of Labor guidelines for the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler metropolitan statistical area. Directors should expect Level III or Level IV wage determinations given the seniority of the role, and employers must file a Labor Condition Application reflecting those wages before sponsorship can proceed.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored director, product management jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
