LOCATION
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $416,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 15 years’ experience in product management or related area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 12 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
