Job Description
SmartRent is seeking a Digital Growth Senior Manager for our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital campaigns, from initial conception and audience segmentation to campaign flight and performance attribution.
While you’ll have a design team to bring your visual concepts to life, you are the architect. You will own the pipes (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot), the fuel (ZoomInfo), and the engines (CMS, LinkedIn & Digital Networks) to ensure our message reaches the right person at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Email).
- Build, test, and deploy lead-nurture programs and transactional emails within Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilize ZoomInfo and Salesforce CRM to identify high-intent accounts and fresh prospects, ensuring the Sales team has a steady stream of qualified pipeline. Direct-buy and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and major digital ad networks, optimizing for conversion.
- Track the full funnel. You’ll be responsible for reporting on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) using Salesforce dashboards. Maintain the integrity of data flowing between ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead routing.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Growth Digital Marketing in a B2B SaaS or Multifamily environment.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience specifically within Pardot aka Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Trailhead certifications are a plus). Proficiency in tag, keyword and SEO best practices, optimization and management. Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Proven track record of managing $40,000+ monthly budgets on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic display networks.
- High proficiency in ZoomInfo (Marketing & SalesOS) for list building, intent monitoring, and database enrichment.
- You don't just export data; you interpret it. You should be comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and multi-touch attribution models.
- Experience working alongside marketing, sales, enablement, graphic and web designers to provide clear briefs that result in high-performing assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working for a SaaS company or tech startup with enterprise solutions.
- Experience in Property Management, Real Estate Technology, or Multifamily vendor marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and pipeline generation.

Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for growth manager roles?
Phoenix-area tech companies are the most active sponsors for growth manager positions in Arizona. GoDaddy, Axon, and Carvana have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for growth and marketing roles in recent years. Fintech firms and SaaS companies based in Scottsdale also appear in DOL disclosure data for similar titles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in established tech employers rather than early-stage startups.
What visa types are most common for growth manager jobs in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most commonly used visa for growth manager roles in Arizona, as the position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1 visas through intracompany transfers and those on OPT or STEM OPT also fill growth manager roles at Arizona employers while pursuing longer-term sponsorship.
How to find growth manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and filters growth manager roles in Arizona by visa sponsorship status, saving you from manually screening hundreds of job listings. Because growth manager is a cross-functional title spanning marketing, product, and revenue, searching across related keywords on Migrate Mate helps surface the full range of open roles at Arizona employers actively willing to sponsor.
Which Arizona cities have the most growth manager sponsorship opportunities?
Phoenix accounts for the large majority of growth manager sponsorship activity in Arizona, driven by its concentration of tech, fintech, and e-commerce headquarters. Scottsdale is a secondary hub, home to several mid-size SaaS and digital marketing firms. Tempe, adjacent to Arizona State University, also sees hiring from companies that draw on the local graduate talent pool for growth and analytics roles.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for growth manager visa sponsorship?
Arizona does not have a state income tax on wages that affects sponsorship mechanics, but employers must still meet DOL prevailing wage requirements when filing an LCA for H-1B petitions. Growth manager roles in Arizona are often benchmarked against the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale metropolitan area wage data, which differs from California or New York figures. Arizona State University's strong business and data analytics programs also feed a local pipeline that some employers lean on before looking internationally.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
