The Opportunity
Founded in 1977, Anagram International (Anagram) is the world's largest foil balloon manufacturer, headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. With a strong commitment to innovation, Anagram proudly celebrates countless first-to-market product solutions. The company also offers the largest portfolio of licenses and license character products combined with a trend-forward non-license portfolio for everyday occasions and seasonal celebrations. The company’s end-to-end development capabilities are best in class in the industry and provide a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Through a strong network of distributor and retail partners enabling people to share in life's big and small moments for over 40 years.
We’re a CPG brand with strong national retail distribution and a growing product portfolio — and we’re ready to build our e-commerce presence on Amazon and Walmart.com. In this role you will be responsible for defining how our brand shows up across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and future platforms — establishing the strategy, the infrastructure, and the playbook that will drive our digital business for years to come. There’s no existing program to inherit and optimize. You’ll build it.
This is the kind of opportunity where the right person can leave a real mark — and be rewarded for it.
What You’ll Own
e-Commerce Strategy & Marketplace Growth
- Design and execute our marketplace strategy across Amazon and Walmart Marketplace — from platform setup and listing architecture to pricing, content, and promotional programs
- Own the relationship with Cart.com and shape how we leverage its capabilities as our eCommerce infrastructure scales
- Build the KPI framework we’ll use to track and grow our online business — then own the numbers
- Partner with marketing on Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and SEO to drive discoverability and efficient growth
- Work crossfunctionally with supply chain and sales to ensure inventory, fulfillment, and channel dynamics are aligned as we grow
Brand Integrity & Channel Stewardship
- Develop and maintain a brand protection program that keeps our presence clean across all digital touchpoints — unauthorized sellers, pricing integrity, and content compliance
- Implement IP enforcement tools and processes to protect our brand assets proactively, not reactively
- Serve as the internal expert on marketplace policy and compliance, keeping us ahead of platform changes
Analytics & Strategic Insight
- Build reporting infrastructure from the ground up — Amazon Seller Central, Walmart dashboards, and internal systems — and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership
- Track competitive dynamics and marketplace trends to inform strategy before the market shifts
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years in eCommerce management or marketplace strategy, ideally within a CPG or consumer products environment
- Demonstrated success building or significantly growing a marketplace presence on Amazon and/or Walmart — not just maintaining one
- Experience navigating complex channel environments and brand protection programs, including IP enforcement and marketplace compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Skills
- Deep fluency in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect
- Strong grasp of eCommerce SEO and content optimization
- Analytical mindset — advanced Excel required; Power BI or Tableau a plus
- Clear, confident communicator who can present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Traits That Will Set You Apart
- You’re a builder — you get energy from creating things, not just running them
- You think strategically but execute personally — you don’t hand off and wait
- You’re commercially savvy and understand how eCommerce decisions ripple into broader business dynamics
- You thrive with ambiguity and bring structure to it without needing a playbook handed to you
Location
Our headquarters is in Eden Prairie, MN. We believe proximity to the team accelerates the kind of collaborative, fast-moving work this role requires — so local candidates are strongly preferred. That said, we’re open to exceptional remote candidates who are willing to travel to headquarters and key customer meetings on a regular cadence.

Which companies sponsor visas for growth managers in Minnesota?
Large Minnesota employers with documented H-1B visa sponsorship histories include Target, UnitedHealth Group, Optum, Best Buy, and Medtronic. Beyond enterprise names, Minneapolis-based fintech and health tech startups have increasingly hired growth managers and filed LCAs for these roles. Sponsorship availability varies by company size, hiring cycle, and how the role is classified internally, so researching each employer's recent filings is worthwhile before applying.
Which visa types are most common for growth manager roles in Minnesota?
The H-1B is the most common visa for growth manager roles in Minnesota, provided the position requires a specialized bachelor's degree in a field like marketing, business analytics, or computer science. Some candidates already holding TN visa or L-1 visa status through Canadian or multinational employer transfers also fill these roles. O-1B is occasionally used for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement in growth or marketing, though it requires substantial evidence.
Which cities in Minnesota have the most growth manager sponsorship jobs?
Minneapolis and Saint Paul account for the overwhelming majority of growth manager sponsorship opportunities in Minnesota. The Minneapolis metro concentrates employer headquarters, regional offices, and startup activity, particularly around the North Loop and Uptown neighborhoods. Smaller markets like Rochester have some technology and healthcare employer presence, driven partly by Mayo Clinic's ecosystem, but the Twin Cities metro is where sponsored growth roles are most consistently available.
How to find growth manager visa sponsorship jobs in Minnesota?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse growth manager openings in Minnesota without manually screening each employer. You can search by role and state to surface positions where companies have indicated sponsorship willingness. This is more efficient than broad job searches that mix sponsored and non-sponsored listings, which is a common frustration for international candidates targeting the Twin Cities market.
What should international candidates know about growth manager hiring in Minnesota?
Minnesota's prevailing wage requirements apply to H-1B filings, meaning employers must pay growth managers at or above the Department of Labor's determined wage for the relevant metro area. The Twin Cities market is competitive, and employers sponsoring these roles typically expect candidates with quantifiable growth metrics and familiarity with analytics tools. University pipelines from the University of Minnesota and Carlson School of Management also feed local employer networks, which international graduates can leverage.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth manager jobs in Minnesota?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
