Which companies in Tennessee sponsor visas for growth manager roles?
Nashville-based companies are the most active sponsors for growth manager positions in Tennessee. HCA Healthcare, Asurion, and SmileDirectClub have filed H-1B Labor Condition Applications for marketing and growth-related roles. Larger technology and healthcare employers in the state are generally more likely to have established immigration infrastructure than smaller startups, making them a practical starting point for candidates who need sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for growth manager roles in Tennessee?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for growth manager roles in Tennessee, as these positions typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates with extraordinary achievement in growth or marketing may qualify for the O-1A. Australians can pursue the E-3 visa, which follows a similar process to the H-1B but outside the annual lottery.
How to find growth manager visa sponsorship jobs in Tennessee?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify growth manager roles in Tennessee where employers are open to sponsoring. Rather than sorting through general job boards, you can search directly for sponsorship-friendly postings in Nashville, Memphis, or Knoxville. Migrate Mate also provides context on which companies have a track record of sponsoring international candidates in growth and marketing roles.
Which cities in Tennessee have the most growth manager sponsorship opportunities?
Nashville accounts for the largest share of growth manager sponsorship activity in Tennessee, driven by its concentration of healthcare technology, SaaS, and consumer brands. Memphis has opportunities tied to logistics, supply chain, and regional corporate offices, where growth roles occasionally arise. Knoxville's market is smaller but growing, particularly near the University of Tennessee's innovation ecosystem and emerging tech startups in the area.
Are there any state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for growth managers in Tennessee?
Tennessee has no state income tax, which influences where companies choose to base operations and hire internationally, particularly in Nashville. The city's rapid growth has attracted regional headquarters for companies that have established HR and legal teams capable of managing H-1B petitions. Employers in healthcare technology and SaaS, two dominant sectors in Nashville, tend to be more experienced with sponsorship processes than those in traditional Tennessee industries like manufacturing or agriculture.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth manager jobs in Tennessee?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
