Which e-commerce companies in Arizona sponsor H-1B1 Chile visas?
Arizona's e-commerce hiring is concentrated among large national players with established sponsorship programs. Amazon has a significant operational and tech presence in the Phoenix metro, and companies like Chewy, PetSmart, and GoDaddy have employed foreign nationals in specialty occupation roles. Smaller direct-to-consumer brands and marketplace tech firms in Tempe and Scottsdale also file Labor Condition Applications, though at lower volumes. Checking DOL LCA disclosure data by employer gives the clearest picture of actual filing history.
Which Arizona cities have the most e-commerce H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix is Arizona's primary hub for e-commerce employment, hosting corporate offices, distribution operations, and technology teams. Tempe, home to Arizona State University and several tech-adjacent employers, also generates meaningful sponsorship activity. Scottsdale attracts digital commerce startups and mid-size retail technology firms. Outside the Phoenix metro, Tucson has limited e-commerce sponsorship activity, so most H-1B1 Chile candidates focus their search on the greater Phoenix area.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship?
H-1B1 visa Chile sponsorship requires a specialty occupation, meaning the role must normally require at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In e-commerce, qualifying positions commonly include software engineer, data analyst, product manager, UX designer, digital marketing analyst, and supply chain analyst. Roles like general warehouse operations or customer service do not meet the specialty occupation standard. O*NET occupation profiles can help confirm whether a specific job title typically requires a qualifying degree.
How do I find e-commerce H-1B1 Chile sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter e-commerce roles in Arizona by H-1B1 Chile sponsorship history using verified DOL Labor Condition Application data. This surfaces Arizona employers who have actively filed for H-1B1 Chile workers in e-commerce occupations, rather than relying on unverified job post claims. You can further narrow by city, role type, and employer size to match your background in product, engineering, analytics, or digital marketing.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for H-1B1 Chile sponsorship in e-commerce?
Arizona has no state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal standards, but its e-commerce market skews toward fulfillment operations and direct-to-consumer retail tech rather than enterprise software. This means specialty occupation roles are present but may require more targeted searching than in tech-dense states. Arizona employers filing an LCA must pay at least the prevailing wage for the occupation and work location, which you can verify using the OFLC Wage Search tool for the specific Phoenix or Tucson metro area.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Chile e-commerce jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
