Search Partnership Development Manager Jobs in ArizonaPartnership Development Manager Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for partnership development managers?
Phoenix-area technology companies are among the most active sponsors for partnership development manager roles in Arizona. GoDaddy, Axway, Carvana, and Amex have sponsored skilled workers in business development and alliance management functions. Large healthcare technology employers such as Banner Health and Dignity Health also sponsor for these roles, particularly where the position involves managing vendor or payer partnerships requiring specialized expertise.
Which visa types are most common for partnership development manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for partnership development managers in Arizona, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline. Candidates with advanced degrees may also explore the EB-2 immigrant visa pathway. Australian citizens should note the E-3 visa as an alternative to the H-1B visa for qualifying positions at Arizona employers.
Which cities in Arizona have the most partnership development manager sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the large majority of partnership development manager sponsorship jobs in Arizona. The Phoenix metropolitan area hosts the state's densest concentration of technology, financial services, and healthcare companies that hire for these roles. Tempe, home to Arizona State University and several corporate campuses, is also a meaningful source of openings. Tucson has a smaller market but does see activity from defense technology and university-affiliated employers.
How to find partnership development manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters partnership development manager openings in Arizona by employers with a history of visa sponsorship. Rather than sorting through general job boards where sponsorship status is unclear, Migrate Mate surfaces roles at companies that have sponsored H-1B or other work visas for similar positions, saving significant research time for candidates navigating the sponsorship process.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for partnership development managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Arizona's Department of Economic Security uses prevailing wage data that employers must meet when filing a Labor Condition Application for H-1B sponsorship, and wages for partnership development managers in the Phoenix metro are benchmarked accordingly by the Department of Labor. Arizona State University and University of Arizona produce graduates who enter this talent pool, meaning employers in Tempe and Tucson occasionally have established international hiring pipelines worth exploring when targeting sponsorship-friendly organizations.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnership development manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
