Overview
QuickBooks Advanced is one of Intuit's most important growth bets — and it's accelerating. Our Emerging Mid-Market (EMM) Sales team is driving a complex, multi-channel growth motion, and the results have been transformational. This role sits at the center of that momentum: building the operational and analytical infrastructure that translates Advanced unit performance into revenue insight, initiative tracking, and data-driven recommendations for sales leadership. If you're a sharp analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration — and you're energized by ambiguity rather than slowed by it — this is your role.
Responsibilities
Performance tracking and initiative management
- Maintain the Advanced initiative scorecard across all channels — tracking units, revenue line of sight, confidence levels, and week-over-week trends
- Build and maintain a Finance-reconciled units-to-revenue view that serves as a consistent, trusted source of truth for sales leadership and Finance
- Analyze initiative performance to identify early risk signals and surface findings — with root cause and recommendation — before quarter end
- Track attach penetration by product (Payroll, Payments, QB Live) as a revenue quality indicator for the Advanced customer base
- Support the 90-day churn risk view for Advanced customers: surface at-risk accounts, quantify revenue implications, and track progress of activation motions
Analysis and reporting
- Prioritize projects across teams by assessing business impact and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Build data stories that influence stakeholders — using automation, new data sets, and scalable dashboards to improve forecasting and reduce manual effort
- Conduct detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation to understand and solve complex, undefined problems across the sales portfolio
- Partner with Sales Ops and Data & Analytics to implement major reporting improvements — reducing duplication, standardizing processes, and automating for consistency
Cross-functional coordination
- Serve as a trusted analytical partner to EMM sales leadership, Finance, and cross-functional teams — aligning projects to business outcomes and communicating their value clearly
- Create change management plans to encourage adoption of new tools, reports, and processes across the team
- Support the preparation of executive-ready materials for SLT and XLT Advanced updates — organized, number-first, and requiring minimal rework
- Coordinate with Marketing and Demand Generation on Advanced-specific campaign analysis and sequencing
Qualifications
Required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, clean, and analyze sales performance data — and translate it into clear, actionable insights
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/dashboard platforms; experience with data automation a plus
- Clear, precise written and verbal communication — able to package complex findings for a range of audiences, from peers to senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across teams, handle competing priorities, and deliver scalable solutions
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the problem space is not always well-defined
- Experience applying AI and data tools to accelerate analysis, surface insights, and improve workflow efficiency
Preferred
- Prior experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Strategy at a technology company
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions, SMB customer segments, or subscription revenue models
- Track record of building reporting or tracking infrastructure that cross-functional teams adopt and trust
- Experience working across Finance, Sales, and Product teams simultaneously

Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for strategy and business operations roles?
Large employers with established visa sponsorship programs in Arizona include American Express, Intel, Honeywell, Avnet, and Freeport-McMoRan. Major financial services firms and tech companies headquartered or operating out of Phoenix and Scottsdale have consistent track records of filing H-1B petitions for strategy and business operations positions, based on Department of Labor disclosure data.
Which visa types are most common for strategy business operations roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for strategy and business operations professionals in Arizona, as these roles typically require at least a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, satisfying the specialty occupation requirement. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for TN visa status under the USMCA. Those with extraordinary achievement may explore the O-1A category.
Which cities in Arizona have the most strategy business operations sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the majority of strategy and business operations sponsorship activity in Arizona, driven by its concentration of Fortune 500 regional headquarters and financial services firms. Scottsdale is a secondary hub, particularly for corporate strategy roles at technology and professional services companies. Tempe also sees demand, partly due to proximity to Arizona State University and its pipeline of business graduates.
How to find strategy business operations visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically to roles that offer visa sponsorship, making it straightforward to search for strategy and business operations positions in Arizona without sorting through employers unlikely to sponsor. You can filter by state and role category to surface relevant openings at Phoenix-area corporations, Scottsdale-based firms, and other Arizona employers with active H-1B sponsorship histories.
Are there any Arizona-specific considerations for strategy business operations visa sponsorship?
Arizona's business operations job market is closely tied to its finance, semiconductor, and aerospace sectors, which means prevailing wage levels for strategy roles are benchmarked against a mix of corporate and technical industries. Phoenix's relatively lower cost of living compared to coastal markets can affect prevailing wage determinations. Arizona State University and University of Arizona also supply a steady stream of OPT-eligible candidates, which some employers factor into their sponsorship pipelines.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored strategy business operations jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
