By optimizing technician deployment and maintaining high service standards, we enhance asset management, improve data accuracy, and reduce costs. Our approach emphasizes efficiency, financial discipline, and scalable models that support business growth, operational excellence, and long-term value for associates, customers, and the enterprise.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and customer needs.

- Oversee profit and loss management, budget analysis, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
- Lead business development initiatives from sourcing through contracting, evaluating risks, and ensuring successful program execution.

- Support talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
