PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Communicate with different users across the facility to understand and solve their issues with different applications using common and team knowledge.
- Participate in the creation of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.
- Participate in the overall testing of new applications evolutions.
- Participate in the technical feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with the Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions.
NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
None
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Science from an accredited College or University, –or– Certification as a registered professional engineer in any state of the United States that requires an examination to be certified. May substitute 2 years of directly related work experience for 1 year of college education.
Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Visual Basic (or other programming language).
- Database principles.
- Business Analyst experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work in an open office at a computer for long periods of time.
On occasion, may be around loud noises (riveting, aircraft engines, etc.).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $58,543.00 and $78,193.00 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
